On project implementation
"Development of a legal mechanism for labor regulation of medical and pharmaceutical employees"
(departure to Ural State Law University, Russian Federation on September 19-25, 2021)
The Department of Labor, Civil and Environmental Law of the Faculty of Law of Eurasian National University named after L.N.Gumilyov continues to implement the grant research project "Development of a legal mechanism for labor regulation of medical and pharmaceutical employees ".
In accordance with the Work Schedule of the project, Doctor of Law, Professor E. N. Nurgaliyeva and researcher K.B.Olzhabayeva conducted research work at the Department of Labor Law of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Ural State Law University" (hereinafter - Ural State Law University) from September 19 to 25 this year.
It should be noted that ENU named after L.N.Gumilyov and Ural State Law University have been fruitfully carrying out academic and research cooperation for many years, including on issues of harmonization and unification of the legislation of EAEU countries.
Ural State Law University as a platform for research work on the project was determined in view of the dissertations "Peculiarities of legal regulation of medical workers in the conditions of healthcare reform" (2012) by Ivanova N.A. and "Legal regulation of remuneration of medical workers" by Zhelomeeva N. V. (2018) as well as the master's program "Medical Law".
At the Department of Labor Law, the reference and bibliographic department, the reading room and the magazine fund, the scientific literature on the subject of the project was collected.
The head of the Department of Labor Law of Ural State Law University, Doctor of Law, Professor S.Golovina, provided maximum assistance for qualitative and effective research work during the stay of representatives of ENU named after L. N. Gumilyov.
So, during the stay, it was possible to attend a number of important events, including the following.
Participation in lectures and practical classes of Doctor of Law, Professor S.Y.Golovina (practical lesson on "Functions and principles of labor law", lecture on "Sources of labor law"), as well as Professor M.A.Zhiltsov (practical lesson on "Employment contract", lecture on "Working time").
Participation in the meeting of the Club of Lawyers of medical organizations of Sverdlovsk region, where the following issues were considered on the agenda with participation of lawyers, medical organizations:
1. "New legal reality in the field of compliance with mandatory requirements in the implementation of medical activities."
2. "Features of civil court cases in Sverdlovsk region on claims of patients".
3. "Complex issues of compliance with labor legislation in the work of a medical organization with a staff shortage."
4. "Honor, dignity, business reputation of the Ministry of Defense and the doctor."
5. Round table with head of the master's program "Medical Law" Professor M. A. Zhiltsov.
Participation in the meeting of the Department of Labor Law of Ural State University, where the amendments and additions to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation were discussed.
